Server Systems

We build and maintain servers and systems for SMEs.We develop your systems, you develop your business.
We help businesses move away from expensive, outsourced cloud platforms to secure infrastructure hosted directly on your premises. Our managed systems deliver all the IT services your company needs – user accounts, shared folders, applications, e-mail, websites, backup, and more – without the unpredictability of cloud pricing or data exposure.
As your business grows, we adapt your IT to support new challenges – ensuring it remains fast, reliable, and secure.

Cloud services became popular in the 2000s as they promised greater flexibility and lower costs. But privacy issues and security concerns are calling this into question, as new breaches arise almost daily. What are the risks? Who controls your data?
Until recently, many European firms viewed US tech giants as secure repositories of their core data. Recent events show that this may be a mistaken policy. Do you know which legal jurisdiction your data are stored in? Under whose influence? Who else uses the same server at the cloud provider?
At the same time, cloud costs are rising. The difficulty of migrating to another provider can create awkward dependency. We offer on-premises server systems at a lower cost.
Your own server system requires in-house hardware and attention, but your data is firmly under your control. With your own hardware you have a different degree of security.
We install your software in the most secure setup in line with your policies. We work with all software types: Microsoft, AutoCAD, Adobe, SAP, open-source, etc.
Find the opportunities for cost savings and enhanced security through software optimization
Your own server provides huge opportunities for software optimization, cost savings and enhanced security. Not only your data, but also your software can be centralized with controlled remote access for all staff. Server-based software is more stable and secure, with no reduction of performance.
A less costly solution with no lock-in
We offer a variety of pricing models depending on your needs. Some variants:
Price offer according to analysis of your needs.

Small businesses suffer over 40% of data breaches today. At the same time, the number of ransomware attacks that were observed and tracked during the first six months of 2025 was up by 179% – almost three times – on the same period in 2024.
In the first half of 2025, the number of ransomware attacks far outpaced the volume seen in 2024
Even small companies are now regular targets for criminals. Over 90% of malware transmission comes through malicious e-mails, or staff clicking on false links, but most companies consider standard anti-virus software ineffective. The configuration of the system is therefore critical to reduce risk. Our systems are designed to minimize the hazards and provide rapid recovery if the worst occurs.
“40 per cent of SMEs do not have a level of digital security that matches their risk profile, and 15 per cent do not implement two of the most basic security measures: regular operating system updates and data backups” (Analysis by the Danish National Public Safety Directorate), or read more from security firm Sonicwall…
Backup is your essential protection against natural disaster, technical failure or attack. The most common form of attack on SMEs today uses ransomware. If the worst happens, you are completely dependent on your ability to restore a backup that an intruder has not compromised.

We specialize in layered backup systems, on and off premises. These are your ultimate protection against ransomeware, fire, flood or hardware failure.

You can find several e-mail providers that are far more secure than what the tech giants offer: Protonmail is an excellent example. However, with your own server you can run your own encrypted e-mail server, using your own domain name. Save the cost and make sure your e-mail data is fully under your own control.
“The stakes have never been higher, with threat actors employing more sophisticated and relentless tactics than ever before”

Privacy is a different issue from data security. Large corporations earn huge sums from trading your data, gained often but not always by legal means. Many apps that are not a hacking hazard will still take and sell astonishing amounts of your data, often with your permission (do you read the terms every time they are updated?).
Just read this article by Heather Burns about the exposure you risk just by turning on a new TV without researching what you are giving license to.
“…the statements from Microsoft make clear that they 100% cannot comply with UK data protection law.”
Some of the greatest data privacy vulnerabilities relate to large software corporations whose business models are so deeply based on using your data that even when they want to comply with EU regulations, they struggle to do so.
This case from Scotland is illustrative, as is Microsoft’s approach as discovered by Computer Weekly. This article in Tech Times is another good example.
An SME wanted to repatriate its data from a US cloud provider and gain secure control over its systems to fully comply with GDPR. The company had a large database and used AutoCAD and ArchiCAD. They wanted to use open source office applications, but needed to retain an MS office license accessible by all staff.
Our solution:
Customer’s chosen pricing plan: no start-up costs, a single monthly payment covering on-site hardware installation, maintenance, monitoring, upgrades, etc.

A site with more then 300 000 visitors per day. The server performs media sharing.
Pricing chosen by client: no up-front costs, a single monthly fee covering on-site hardware installation, maintenance, monitoring, upgrading etc.
A server running 4 VMs with 2GPUs. 3 VMs share 1 GPU simultaneously and 1 VM uses its own dedicated GPU running proprietary drivers (NVDIA/AMD) with no loss of GPU performance.
Pricing chosen by client: no up-front costs, a single monthly fee covering on-site installation, maintenance, monitoring, upgrading etc.
HA (High Availability) with two servers sharing data from separate storage. If one fails the other takes over; both running for load balancing. Data backed up on dedicated layer-1 device for rapid restore with remote layer-2 backup.
Pricing chosen by client: no up-front costs, a single monthly fee covering on-site installation, maintenance, monitoring, upgrading etc.
